I got this same set of errors as well. Reading from the ISC web site ( http://www.isc.org/products/BIND/bind9.html ): OS X 10.1.4 (Darwin 5.4) reports errors like "fcntl(3, F_SETFL, 4): Operation not supported by device". This is due to a bug in "/dev/random" and impacts the server's DNSSEC support. I'm running 10.2.6 (Darwin Kernel Version 6.5) and I still see it. How did the author get it to work??
