Hmm. The HTML pages have to be edited through a web form. They are not kept on the file system, so you can't use your favorite editors, grep, etc. on them. The justification for this is that we get a poor man's CVS with no branching. And what is the deal with the in-line HTML? Have these people never heard of templates? Where have they been for the last 5 years?
