So, Disk Utility reports that the drive is OK and Disk Warrior insists that the disk is too damaged to be repaired ?
In that case, I would suggest contacting the authors and asking wether this is a known symptom. Indeed, since Disk Warrior does not use the same routines than Disk Utility, it may detect additional issues. However, it would be best to make sure first that this is not a false positive.
