Subject:   Reading satellite assembly

I have created a multilingual project in vb.net. I stored resources for each language in .resx file. I converted these files in .resourses file using resgen tool. I created satellite assembly for each culture using al.exe tool and placed those in GAC using gacutil tool. Now i want to retrive resources for a specific culture. Do I need to have my .resx or .resources files in my project folder?I used sn tool to provide public key to satellite assembly.
I tried using Resources manager class. I used ".GlobalAssemblyCache" property of assembly to check whether assembly is getting loaded from GAC but it is not. How should i refence to particular satellite assembly through code?

Please help as soon as possible.

Thanks in advance.
