The syntax with all the braces is awful to someone
who is familiar with Ada-like syntax. A pre-processor with if/end-if, loop/end-loop,
class/end-class, etc would be great.

Note: When the AT&T switch took out the east coast several years ago, it turned out to be a bug in a switch statement, in which code "falls through" to the next case. Using Ada-like conventions would have avoided this.
