The Unofficial Windows Vista Weblog reports that Microsoft will not support EFI booting in forthcoming 32-bit versions of Vista. That apparently means Intel Mac users won't be able to dual-boot their machines between Mac OS X and Vista since Mac on Intel is strictly 32-bit at the moment. That doesn't seem like a big deal to me however as 32-bit computing is a dead end anyway and 64-bit is clearly the way to go if you're considering buying new computers running Windows, and I'm glad Microsoft is concentrating its product development efforts in that direction.
