Google Spreadsheet complements iWork '06?

by Todd Ogasawara

I just signed in to the new Google Spreadsheet and am impressed with it so far. Since Apple's own iWork '06 lacks a full spreadsheet, the Google Spreadsheet might be a good complement to iWorks when connected to the net.

Please change it to read iWork, it's not Microsoft Works. :)

Apple's business software suite isn't called "iWorks." It's iWork, singlular.

Well, I can see a very bright future for Google Spreadsheet simply because it is free. Google is now trying to

expand its operations
in South Asia and Africa and that is why I will not be
surprised if Google receives a large number of users for its spreadsheet from
these two poor regions of the world.

Does Google Spreadsheets support saving and opening the OpenDocument Format standard?

Brian: As far as I can tell, the Google Spreadsheets export options are Microsoft XLS, CSV, and HTML.
