If You Buy the iPhone, Download the User Guide

by Derrick Story

I learned a lot about this device by downloading the iPhone User Guide from Apple. Very helpful.

Thanks for the link. Unfortunately, it confirmed what I've discovered with respect to sending photos via SMS...you can't do it! I'm sure that will come, but I can't believe Apple overlooked this one right off the bat. My kids' cheap $20 phones can take and send photos via SMS, and my $600 iPhone can't. Major bummer. And I also can't send an SMS to more than one person at a time. What's up with that? Don't want to sound down on the iPhone, I bought 2. One for me and one for the wife. We absolutely love them and get stopped all the time by people wanting to check them out. I keep telling my wife, it'll come, they'll add [fill in the missing feature here]. I just figured some of the more obvious and widely used features would have been in v.1 Oh, one more thing. Can't wait until I can rotate the phone when using the keypad for a wider version like you get when in Safari, which BTW needs some fine tuning. CNN crashes on me almost every time!

There is a great website that has a lot of articles about the iphone. this has helped me learn about some different stuff for my iphone. They also have a "Top 5" best download sites to get software, movies, and TV shows for it. I highly recommend www.iphonedownloadworld.com
